Strengths and weaknesses as English teachers

The strengths as English teachers.
I think my good point is enjoying English.I like to comunication with English.
I think it's important for students to comunicate with English.
I think my good point is smile and experence of teaching lesson.
The weaknesses

My advise

Last Thursday,Mr.M cames to ETM class.He taught me important thing to teach English in junior hight school.First,No English.Teacher should spend much time using English in the class.
Second,teacher should think image of goal in the class.It's important to think a point of the class.

1) My most enjoyable language learning experience has been conversation.
When I joined 異文化理解　class, I enjoyed talking with 留学生 in English.
This experience tell me the pleasure of communicate with English.
2) My least enjoyable activity has been memorization .
It takes too much time to memorize word. But memorization is very valuable activity.
3) My most valuable activity has been conversation.
I　ｔhink conversation is important. To repeat communication with English,I understand English natulary.
4) My least valuabie activity has been nothing.
5) In general my language learning experience has been.
My main language learning expearence was writng in JHS and HS. But in Uni my language learning expearence is conversation. I enjoy talkiig with English.
